This private intensive gives you focused support for one uncomfortable workplace conversation that needs your attention now. Before we meet, you’ll complete an intake form so I can understand the context, stakes, and relationship dynamics.

In our 90-minute session, we’ll slow down what’s happening underneath the conversation, consider the identities and power dynamics in the room, clarify what you need to hold, say, ask, or repair, and prepare you to enter the conversation with more steadiness and care.
